Learn from the farmer himself, who gives you detailed information on how the beans are being extracted from the cacao pods, fermented, and finally dried and ready to be processed into chocolate. Have a hands-on experience using an ancient Mayan grinding stone and watch your chocolate unfold from cacao nibs into a chocolate paste. After enjoying your own chocolate bar, have a refreshing swim at the Maya King waterfalls located just 20 minutes away from the chocolate farm.
