Nim li Punit is a very small Mayan archeological site located on the foothills of the Mayan mountain in southern Belize. Nim li Punit is composed of a ball court, observation area, and royal tombs and is famously known for holding the second longest stella recorded in the Mundo Maya world, which measures 31.2 ft. long. Take a short drive to Yona’s for a chocolate-making session. Learn from the farmer himself, who gives a detailed explanation on how the beans are being extracted from the pods, fermented, and finally dried and ready to be processed into chocolate.
